Dorothy Lee
Dorothy was born November 11, 1937 to Ione Droppo. She was born and raised in Fertile. She had 4 siblings: Richard, Marilyn , Walter, & Gordon. She attended school in Fertile.
She married Willard Lee October 5, 1957 and they had 5 children: Patrick Lee (Ellendale, ND), Lori Lee (Crookston, MN), Wade Lee (deceased 2009), Susan Olson (Glyndon, MN), and Michael Lee (Fertile, MN). She has 3 grandchildren: Cody Meyer, Kyle and Cayla Olson. Her home church is Trinity Lutheran in Beltrami.
Dorothy has worked at Fingerhut, Town & Country Restaurant where she was the cook and waitress, Top Notch Steak House, and Mac's Café. She has lived in Florida, California, rural Beltrami, and rural Fertile. She has visited numerous U.S. cities for Legion Conventions, such as Maui, St. Louis, Nashville, Chicago, Salt Lake City, Honolulu, New Orleans, Boston, and Seattle. She has also taken trips to Las Vegas, Elko, Reno, Carson City, and Mexico.
Dorothy's hobbies include playing the slot machines and the Crossword lottery scratch cards.
